Recovery Advocates of America exists to be your guidance and support throughout the entirety of your recovery process. All of our services are free and include: recovery support, family support, substance intervention, community involvement, recovery coaching, educational workshops, transportation to treatment, and recovery housing scholarship. We access those in need of our services directly and through the Community Addiction Recovery Effort (CARE) program, of which we are a proud supporter.
Recovery Advocates of America also spends a considerable amount of time educating the community and reducing the stigma of substance abuse, by way of: community outreach programs, school lectures, police department visits, and hospital visits.
Addiction recovery is hard enough without struggling to get help. When you visit our recovery center, you'll find:
Vetted Treatment Centers - we visit each facility and only recommend those we would entrust to care for our own family.
Addiction Recovery Resources - we'll connect you to 12-step meetings and other addiction recovery programs.
Understanding Volunteers - everywhere you look, you'll meet someone who's been where you are.
Cost is one of the biggest roadblocks on the path to addiction recovery, as is confusion. With so many vendors, treatment centers, and pathways to recovery, it is easy spend unnecessary sums of money. Some vendors charge as much as as $3,000 to $5,000 to stage an intervention. This is an incredible financial burden for most families, especially since a successful, long-term, recovery is not guaranteed. RAA proudly provides all of our services fee of charge.
We specialize in helping members of our Mercer County communities, but help those who contact us, regardless of their location. We are funded by donations from various sources, but many come from supporters just like you. We know our supporters want to see their donations helping as many as people as possible. Accordingly, we minimize our overhead so that a majority of your donations go directly toward the patients' care and recovery.
